VISITING HORSHAM
In the heart of the Wimmera, Horsham is one of regional Victoria’s most vibrant centres. HORSHAM BOTANICAL GARDENS
Is an 8-acre landscaped garden situated at the River end of Firebrace St. Dating back to the late 1800's, it features towering Oaks, expansive areas of lawn, a circular rose garden, wooden sculptures, barbeques & play areas.
YANGA TRACK & THE WeiR
The Weir is the perfect spot to explore, launch a boat or head off for a walk along the beautiful Yanga Track. The Yanga Track takes you across the Wimmera River in a series of boardwalks that make the most of the stunning scenery.
HORSHAM TOWN HALL
The HTH complex houses the Horsham Regional Art Gallery, Heritage Hall and the Theatre. HTH is an architectural triumph that melds a new state of the art Performance Theatre with the much loved Art Deco Heritage Hall and Gallery. The expansive flat-floor Hall has been brought back to life with its original decorative features painted in colours from the 1930’s. The Visitor Information Centre is also located at the HTH.
HORSHAM REGIONAL ART GALLERY
The Horsham Regional Art Gallery is housed in the original Art Deco section of the Horsham Town Hall. In recent years it has undergone a major refurbishment to bring it up to date, but still retains its original character. Apart from featuring travelling exhibitions, the Gallery also boasts its own revolving collections including the Mack Jost Collection.
